We can all agree that Pokemon is one of the oldest franchises of Nintendo that spawned numerous games over the course of years. Fans love the games and what it has to offer like colorful visuals, balanced battles, a huge roster of pokemon and RPG elements. This time, however, Nintendo took a different approach with their new game, Pokemon Legends Arceus, which has revamped gameplay, a better battle system, an open-world, and of course a huge roster of pokemon.
The gameplay of Pokemon Legends Arceus.
Unlike other Pokemon games where the camera is fixed when engaging in battles against opposing pokemon, Pokemon Legends Arceus has a 3D camera where you can look around and enjoy exploring the area with a fully realized hub world with fleshed-out areas. You can also sneak around pokemon undetected to catch them if you don’t want to waste your pokeballs. Well, some might run away if they detect your presence while some will fight you, head-on. Players can move freely during a battle and encounter wild pokemon around the map. The story is fresh with a lot of dialogues that’ll fill players on important bits.
How to unlock mints and change pokemon nature.
If you want to make your pokemon stronger, changing their nature can be quite beneficial. If you take a look at their summary, you’ll see their nature. Pokemon Legends Arceus has a total of 25 different natures that includes Bashful, Docile, Hardy Quirky, Serious, Brave, Lonely, Naughty, Bold, and more. Other natures assure a greater attacking, defending, and speed, but they have their flaws as they’ll affect the other stats in the game. Players who prefer augmenting other stats of their pokemon and are okay with its other stats reduced, changing the nature of pokemon is the best way to go.
How to unlock mints
To unlock mints in Pokemon Legends Arceus, head to the farm using fast travel and interact with an in-game character named Miller after you start mission 8 in the main story. He will give you a quest to plow the fields, if you have a ground-type Pokemon that’s well-versed in-ground type moves, you’ll be able to finish the quests and it’ll expand the farm by one patch. Miller will give you another quest after this and it will be mission 9(Request- #42) that involves a water-type pokemon. Make sure you have a water pokemon and once you give him that, the farm will expand more. In the final mission 11, you’ll get the last request from Miller that requires having a pokemon that knows the move “rock smash”.
Once this is done, you’ll have more plots of land. Keep in mind that in order to farm mints, you’ll have to complete all requests, including request numbers 27, 42, 60. They’ll be unlocked consecutively with main story numbers 9, 10, and lastly 11. Only then you’ll be able to start mint farming. Now, talk to Colza near the farm and you’ll be able to harvest mints that will cost 10k poke dollars. To complete mint harvest, you have to catch 20 random pokemon by going anywhere in the game. Well, once you’re done, speak to Prof. Laventon and then head back to the village and then to the farm. Speak to Colza again and he’ll tell you about the completion of the harvest.
For each harvest, you have to capture a certain number of pokemon to do this.
