To fix error 8807, you can take the following steps. First, launch the Pokemon HOME app on your Nintendo Switch. If you’re prompted to log in to your Nintendo Account, enter your credentials. Once you’re signed in, you’ll be taken back to the Pokemon HOME main screen. The problem should be fixed by now. If not, follow the given methods.

For the Nintendo Switch version of Pokemon Home –

In order to resolve the error, delete the save data of the user encountering the error, and then restart the app. To delete Pokemon HOME save data, please proceed as follows:

  • Access the HOME Menu and select System Settings.
  • Scroll down and choose Data Management.
  • Select Delete Save Data. You may have to enter your Parental Controls PIN.
  • From the list of games, select Pokemon HOME.
  • Choose the user for whom you wish to delete the save data.
  • Confirm the action by selecting Delete Save Data.

Once the save data has been deleted, return to the HOME Menu and launch the Pokemon HOME app as usual. Be sure to select the correct user when restarting the app.

For the Mobile device version of Pokemon Home –

To address this issue on Mobile, you can try the following steps.

  • First, uninstall the app.
  • Then, reinstall it and link it to the same Nintendo Account that you had been using before.

If the methods above do not work, you can try changing the password on your Nintendo Account and then repeating the steps from the beginning. To do this, go to the Nintendo Account web page, sign in with your account, and change its password. Then, log out. Do note that you may need to wait for up to 24 hours to get a prompt on the Pokemon HOME app to log back into your Nintendo Account.
