The Pokemon Company recently announced the 9th generation of Pokemon games titled Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet. These games are scheduled to release in November 2022 for the Nintendo Switch. Like with all generational releases, the pokemon company introduces new starter pokemon and new wild pokemon which will be available in both versions, and reserves a legendary pokemon to be exclusive to one version of the game. Pokemon Go Lechonk Release Date: When it will be available?
Pokemon Go devs are taking a staggered approach to releasing pokemon in Pokemon Go from the generational releases. In order to do this, they are first incorporating the designs and mechanics of these pokemon into the game and releasing them in batches. Lechonk is a Normal-type Pokemon that is said to look like a large hog and has enraptured the fans of the franchise. Since it is a wild pokemon that will be available on both versions of the upcoming games, it is likely that it will be one of the first to be introduced in Pokemon Go when the generational update calendar accounts for the new pokemon games. Since the game is scheduled for a November launch, it will be well over 6 months from November 2022 before we will actually be able to see Lechonk in Pokemon Go. The current prediction based on the previous updates from Pokemon go will pace the arrival of Lechonk in Pokemon in late August 2023 at the earliest. This is if it is released before the other pokemon. If it is not, then it will be late 2023 before it makes an appearance in Pokemon Go.
