Singularity 6’s Palia is now officially available on the Nintendo Switch, and the studio has also announced a Steam release of the game, scheduled for 2024. It is safe to say that Palia has grown a lot over the past few months. Singularity 6 continues to release meaningful updates to the game, introducing new quests and events. Among the plethora of quests in the game right now, the Silver-Winging It quest in particular has become a major source of frustration for many players.
The Silver-Winging It is a main quest in Palia, given to you by Zeki. The quest itself is related to the Temple of Gales series of quests. The gist of the Silver-Winging It quest is to simply help Zeki, Elouisa, and Caleri, activate the Flow Gates. However, for some reason, there are a lot of bugs in this quest. And a major one happens to be where Zeki will not spawn at all near the bird’s nest. Then there’s an issue where players seem to be unable to open Flow Gates on the main island. So, are there any fixes to these issues? Well, continue reading to find out!
Palia Silver-winging It Quest Bug: Is there a fix yet
Players can use the following workarounds to fix this issue. Follow these carefully and don’t try to skip any unless you have already tried one before.
Restart –
First of all, you should try restarting the game and see if that helps. If not, try restarting your PC or console too. Restarting is a pretty common method of dealing with bugs and errors, so give it a try. If the issue persists, switch to other workarounds.
Move a few distance away from the flow gate –
If you are having trouble activating the flow gate, then you are most likely standing too close to it. Instead, what you need to do is stand back a few distance away and then you will be able to interact with the flow gate.
Arrange your eggs in the correct way –
After talking to Zeki, you will be able to open up a Flowstone Gate. Once you get in, you will find yourself in a room with big eggs. This is a puzzle and hence you need to solve it. If you don’t want to do all that, here’s the correct arrangement: red egg to the left, just near Caleri; blue egg in the middle; and a green egg to the right.
Finish opening up the flow gates on the two floating islands –
In order to open up the flow gates on the main island, you need to first activate the flow gates on the two floating islands. Interact with Elouisa and this will start the It Takes a Village subquest. You will need to catch six Ancient Flowbug to solve the puzzle in this subquest. Once you are done with Elouisa’s subquest, talk with Caleri to start her It Takes a Village subquest. Finish this subquest and then initiate a conversation with Zeki.
Get to the flow gates –
If Zeki doesn’t spawn by the egg nest, head to the circular room where air shoots up to the floating island. In the room, there’s a tablet lying around. Interact and read the Lead Scientist’s Log. After that, use your glider and fly to the island located on the west side, the one with spinning spherical contraptions. Get to the flow gates nearby and Zeki, along with the sisters, should spawn.
Relogin –
If the issue related to the quest continues to persist, you can try logging out of your account and then logging back in.
