Oppo went through a huge change in two years. From a telecommunications company in China, Oppo went all the way to become one of the Top 5 best smartphone brands in the world. Initially, Oppo released smartphones as Camera Phones that caught a lot of people’s eyes. But, they had to improve themselves because people have become smarter and do bother about what’s at the heart of the machine, and not only the cameras or design. So, Oppo started to build devices that are more into an all-round performance which is great! Oppo’s custom UI is known as ColorOS and its customized version is used as RealmeUI in Realme Mobiles.

Now, as per the leaks coming, Oppo is getting ready to launch another phone in the upcoming months. This phone is now listed on FCC. FCC is an organization that certifies smartphones. This upcoming device is currently code-named as “CPH2185”. The actual name of this device is not yet known.

Oppo CPH2185

The original tweet by the_tech_guy is, “OPPO CPH2185 listed on FCC certification. 4230mAh Battery, 10W charging https://fccid.io/R9C-CPH2185“. He also added some pictures with the tweet.

Oppo FCC - 4

Oppo FCC - 3 Oppo FCC - 2As mentioned in the tweet by the_tech_guy itself, this phone possesses a 4230mAh battery with a 10W charging. Oppo’s CPH2185 smartphone will also come with a Headphone jack and a Type-C port. In this upcoming Chinese device, we will see a Color OS 7.2 out of the box. We also get a picture of the design of the new smartphone with this tweet. This device will also bring a fingerprint sensor with triple camera setup and a flashlight at the back.

Oppo FCC - 1

This device is highly expected to support 5G. Because it is now listed on FCC and certified, the phone is probably on its way to the market. We can expect the launch event to be planned in December this year. I believe that this Oppo smartphone may be launched as a mid-range smartphone.

The device’s FCC listing does not reveal much about the device, except that the phones have a large battery with 10W charging and run on Android.
