Nintendo introduced Super Mario Bros. game back in 1985 for its in-house made console. And since then, a total of 21 Super Mario games has been released in the popular series. Well, over 330 million copies of games in the popular series have been sold all over the world making it the second best-selling video game series in history, first being Nintendo’s own Pokémon series.
Nintendo will be celebrating the 35th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. It looks like something special is in the bag. Several reports suggest that Nintendo is planning to release a remastered version of the popular games in the series. And according to a recent leak, the remastered version of Super Mario 3D World is in the pipeline.
The leaked information comes from the Twitter user – @Wario64. He found an inactive listing for Super Mario 3D World at the e-commerce website – Best Buy. He also shared a screenshot that describes that Super Mario 3D World will release for the Nintendo Switch platform with a price tag of $59.99.
