The minute leak revealed the new champion’s voice, a male voice, and has ensured a lot of confusion in the League of Legends community. It is impossible to unequivocally confirm the truthfulness of the recording, but the community seems to respect the Redditor who came forward with it, so there is some truth to the leak for sure. It seems to a test version that was recorded before implementation to the LOL game.
The issues that are raised in the recording has some players deliberating that the place talked about is the land of Frejlord.
The voice has a total of one minute and contains some very interesting tips. The community is trying to work out with whatever method if the voice actor used is the same for Volibear, Pantheon, or even Udyr.
The voice mainly refers to combat, soldiers, and battlefields; it has some seriousness to it and has suffered a lot.
He says, “But we were there, not me, but we were there.”
Not much is known about the new character yet. Let us remind you that the previous theories mentioned Yone’s brother Yasao and while he does not fit into these issues, but LOL pro player Tyler1’s partner reported a while back that the new champion will make the ‘weebs’ happy.
They might not be talking about the same champion because Riot is known for developing multiple champions at once.
Another comment on the subreddit thread that spread some information on a probable backstory of the champion was:
“It seems to be one of the people from Lissandra’s most recent Story. He mentions being at the Frostguard Citadel (Where Lissandra is in the Story). And he says “We” not just himself, which at the end of the Story a group of people meets at the citadel after Lissandra invaded their dreams.”
For now, it is known that the character will hit LOL soon, but Riot also announced just yesterday about their 4m$ plan to keep up the server, but they cannot guarantee a fixed deadline for anything right now. The current world health scenario, every industry plagued by COVID-19 pandemic, is suffering, but we hope to see the new champion soon.
