MyFitnessPal

MyFitnessPal is a diet and activity tracking smartphone app and website. Gamification aspects are used in the software to keep users motivated. It also helps in keeping your diet and day-to-day nutrition or protein intake in check, you can know the number of calories you are taking by just scanning your food. Users can also connect their MyFitnessPal accounts to other fitness applications such as Fitbit, Samsung Health, and others. The MyFitnessPal app is available for Android and iOS, and it may also be accessed through a dedicated website.

MyFitnessPal

Unfortunately, it appears that MyFitnessPal is causing some glitches for users, as users have taken to Twitter to complain about their inability to log in or establish an account. If you are facing a similar issue, follow the fixes and steps mentioned below: –

  1. Close the app that is causing the problem and refresh your screen by pressing the recent applications menu (typically the first left button) on your phone. Restart the app now. It may function normally.
  2. Restart your device (phone or pc) if possible. To restart your device, press and hold the power button for a few seconds, then select restart from the menu. Now you can test the app to see if it works.
  3. Check your internet connection, in case your MyFitnessPal is not working or flickering it may be possible because of low internet connectivity.
  4. See to it that the device you are using for MyFitnessPal is up to date and is on their android’s or iOS latest version as it may be possible that due to outdated versions your device is not supporting or causing problems in working of MyFitnessPal.
  5. Finally, if none of the other options works, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the software. If you’ve enabled iCloud backup in the past, iOS will usually give you the option to restore your settings and material. For Android users, you’ll have to remove and reinstall through the Google Play Store.

If you’re still having issues with MyFitnessPal, it’s likely that you’re having a server problem; we recommend checking the Announcements Page to see if there’s an outage. If there are no outages recorded, we recommend contacting MyFitnessPal support.
