Many people think that he is the user of the ‘Decay’ quirk that Shigaraki is currently using, it is also possible that the 4th user wasn’t a hero or did good deed using the quirk. But these are only theories, so we will find out about him later.

Deku uses his legs and air force to avoid the recoil while already controlling several quirks. He pulls out every move he learned till now just to keep Tomura in the air.
Bakugo is afraid that Deku might damage his body beyond repair this time. Bakugo sees how Deku has evolved from just a punching bag to the hero who protects everyone. He, Endeavor, and Shoto rushes towards Tomura to stop him before he could regenerate after Deku’s smash attack. Endeavor grabs Tomura from behind and unleashes hellfire on him. Tomura’s body is completely burned but he is very much conscious, attacks Deku but Bakugo’s body moves on his own and ends up taking that attack. This battle is heating up.
