Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealms Studios recently announced the Aftermath expansion, a great new DLC for Mortal Kombat 11 that adds a new chapter to story mode alongside three new characters to the fighting title template. Among those three fighters is Robocop, the iconic cyborg cop from the late 1980s, who the company has confronted another well-known pop-culture robot: Terminator.

Robocop and Terminator confront each other in two new videos that are also used to present the unique characteristics of the new character. We have recently seen that the robotic police officer will base his attack scheme on the firearms that he has incorporated into his metallic suit, also taking advantage to go out to combat with the powerful defense that his riot shield offers him. You can see the two rounds of this confrontation in the videos that appear below these lines.

Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath will premiere on May 26 on all platforms where the fighting game is available (PS4, PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch) and will be priced at 39.99 euros. Along with this paid DLC, a free update will also be released that will include new reviews of classic scenarios of the saga and a new special movement, Friendships, a kind of humorous Fatalities with a friendly tone that have already appeared in the games of the 90s.

A little later, on June 16, a final version of Mortal Kombat 11 will be released, which will be released in physical format and will include all the content published so far for the fighting game, that is, both the base game and Aftermath and the Kombat Pack. Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath Kollection will be available in mid-July on PS4, PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch at a price of 59.99 euros. Of course, in the Switch version, it should be noted that the game card will include the base content and the additional content will be downloadable through download codes included in the box.

The other character released is going to the Fujin/Wind god.
