Use of Tranq Bombs in Monster Hunter Rising

Tranq Bombs can be very powerful tools for hunters who prefer a pacifist playstyle and for those who like a challenge as Monster Hunter Rise has powerful enemies that fit the criteria. It is also imperative that you have a high number of tranq bombs in your inventory as they can run out quickly if you play the game for a longer period of time. Well, like any other item that can be crafted in the game, tranq bombs also requires plenty of materials and resources along with a considerable amount of farming.

For Tranq Bombs to work in Monster Hunter Rise, you have to reduce the monster’s health and then use traps to immobilize them and only then use Tranq Bombs to capture the monster. With that being said, here’s how you can craft tranq bombs in the game.

How to make it Tranq Bombs in Monster Hunter Rise?

To craft Tranq Bomb, you need two mandatory materials- Sleep Herb and Parashroom. Once you have enough of them, you can get started with the process. If you don’t know where to find them, not to worry as they can be found anywhere in the game including the Shrine Area. You can also buy Tranq Bombs from the trader for 180z each so if cash isn’t an issue, you can also buy it. However, if you don’t feel like spending anything and want to craft them the old-fashioned way, see how to craft them below.

To craft Tranq Bombs, go to the crafting menu and select “Tranq Bombs”, it’ll consume 1x Sleep Herb and 1x Parashroom for one tranq bomb so repeat this as many times as you’d like and in no time, you’ll have plenty of them lying around in the inventory that you can use to capture small or large monsters in Monster Hunter Rise.
