Monster Hunter Rise: How to get Gracium?

Monster Hunter Rise is an Action RPG. It places heavy emphasis on character building, skill, and weapon trees and requires that you pay special attention to the various types of buffs and stats different objects have. Some objects such as weapons and armor can be upgraded at the cost of resources and the in-game currency. These upgrades are usually incremental and improve slightly on the stats of the weapons. The resources required to upgrade these weapons are hence, usually found in dangerous or difficult locations in-game. In this article, we are going to take a look at Monster Hunter Rise: How to get Gracium.

Monster Hunter Rise: How to get Gracium?

Gracium is a resource that can be used to upgrade the stats and durability of weapons and armor in-game. It is a very useful resource that can be farmed. Much like the Firecell Stones, these resources also spawn in very selective locations. In these locations, it is possible for you to find different mining outcrops each with different chances of netting you this resource.

Monster Hunter Rise: How to get Gracium?

In order to find Gracium, you will first need to unlock High-Rank Quests and Expeditions. Once you unlock High-Rank Quests and Expeditions, you will be able to travel to a location called the Frost Islands. These islands are the only place where Gracium can be found in-game. If you want to farm them, you will have to visit this location. They can be found in the various mining outcrops on these islands. There are two types of mining outcrops, as mentioned above. They each have a different chance of spawning the ore of this resource when mined.

The two types of mining outcrops are White outcrops and Blue outcrops. In order to mine Gracium, you will need to mine these outcrops. White outcrops generally have a better chance of giving out rare ores so they are preferred to the alternative Blue outcrops. Once you are in this location, mine from these outcrops to farm the Gracium you need.

It is also important to note that there are certain times when there is a surge of mining outcrops. Consequently, there will also be a surge in the amount of Gracium that can be farmed in these High-Rank quests and expeditions. This is called an upsurge. You can check for an upsurge before embarking on a quest to the Frost Islands. The upsurge changes every 10 minutes or so.
