Update/Downgrade game version

This error is mainly occurring for players who are running the 1.13.7 version of Monopoly Go. So, to fix this issue, you will have to either update or downgrade the game version. To downgrade, delete the application from your device first. Now, head over to this link and download the 1.13.5 version. After this, install it and then check if the issue persists. To update the game, head over to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and search for Monopoly Go. Now, tap on the Update button.

Device Optimization

  • Now, tap on the Storage option and select the Clear Cache option.

This will get rid of all the temporary files that could be causing the issue.

Reboot the Device

If you haven’t rebooted your smartphone for quite some time, consider rebooting it, and then try relaunching the game. A fresh reboot might be all you need to get the Monopoly Go application working again.

Reinstall the Game
