While the League of Legends 11.1 patch was deployed yesterday morning, a first patch has already been deployed. On the program various bug fixes but also some champion balances. Patch 11.1 League of Legends, the very first of the year, has not escaped a few minor issues. The balancing team must have deployed a mid-patch just hours after arriving. In the program some bug fixes but also adjustments on some champions.

Attack Damage Decreased: 66 ⇒ 64
Cooldown increased: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds ⇒ 14/13/12/11/10 seconds
E – Delayed seed
Shield Ratio Decreased: 90% of your ability power ⇒ 80% of your ability
Passive – Telluric Surf
Movement speed decreased: 20-45% ⇒ 12-40%
Z – Thunderclap
First hit bonus damage increased: 30/45/60/75/90 (+ 20% of your ability power) (+ 15% of your armor) ⇒ 30/45/60/75/90 (+ 20% of your ability power) (+ 10% armor)
E – Ground shock
Damage increased: 60/95/130/165/200 (+ 60% of your ability power) (+ 40% of your armor) ⇒ 60/95/130/165/200 (+ 60% of your ability power) (+ 30% armor)
Mana increased: 284 ⇒ 325
Q – Boomerang blade
Bug Fix: Damage reduction is now properly reset when boomerang returns.
Q – Piercing arrow
Cost decreased: 70/75/80/85/90 mana ⇒ 65/70/75/80/85 mana
Cooldown decreased: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds ⇒ 16 / 14.5 / 13 / 11.5 / 10 seconds
Summoner Spell: Fixed a bug that caused the D key’s summoner spell to cooldown with Udyr for 2 seconds each time a skill was used.
R – Diversion
Bug Fix: When Sylas hijacks Ekko’s R – Chronofracture, he is no longer able to use it twice immediately.
E – Magnetism
Bug Fix: The ally Rell is linked to now correctly maintains the stat bonus, even when the skill is on cooldown.
