Mi A3 has started getting an Android 10 update again. The update will be rolled out in batches via over-the-air (OTA) update. The ROM is now available for only selected users. According to the official Mi Community thread, the latest build is currently being rolled out to 5% of users in India. The update will be rolled out to the public later, after looking at the feedback of users.
As of now, some users complained that there are no bugs fixed in this update and it comes only with an updated security patch.
The Mi A3 is part of Google’s Android One initiative which is expected to get speedy updates and this phone comes with very few on-top customizations to provide a stock Android experience. This plan also means that the device will receive software updates for two years and security updates for three years, since the launch of the device.
The new Android 10 comes with Dark Theme, Smart reply feature, New parental controls, New gestures, Live Captions, and many other features. The Android 10 comes with built-in support for streaming media & calls directly to hearing aids using Bluetooth. In Android 10, you’ll get the new security updates faster & easier.
