Change your DNS settings

One fix for this issue is to completely change your DNS settings. Here’s how you can do it:

  • Go to the Control Panel
  • Open Network and Internet
  • Open Network and Sharing Center
  • Click Network and Sharing center
  • Click on Change Adapter Settings.
  • Right-click on your connection and go to Properties.
  • Select IPv4
  • Click the Properties button
  • Now you can put in your own DNS address

Change your date

Just log out of the bugged account, log into the non-bugged account, launch the game and finally, log back into the bugged account and launch the game.
