The 10.21 patch of League of Legends released Wednesday, October 14. The preseason is fast approaching and like every year, now is the time for Riot Games to test as many changes as possible. Patch 10.21 will not yet be the one to make the big changes, but several champions are still receiving several important balances.

The Slayer and the Oracle (P)
Increased lethality: 2/4/6/8/10/15 → 3/6/9/12/15
Moonlight Watch (R)
Severum healing increased: 200/300/400 → 250/375/500
Mark of Calibrum damage increased: 20/40/70 → 40/70/100
Number of Chakrams increased : 3 → 4
Duration of the immobilization of Crescendum Increased: 1 → 1.25 seconds
Infernum area damage increased: 75 → 85%
Phosphorus Bomb (A)
Base AD ratio increased: 50 → 70%
Fiery Concentration (Passive)
CDR per spell increased: 2/3/4 seconds at level 1/7/13 → 2/4/6 seconds at level 1/6/11
CDR per basic attack decreased : 1 / 1.5 / 2 → 1 second
