Character Quality: Medium

Environment Quality: Low
Frame Rate Cap: Set it according to your monitor.
Keeping the game running in the background and open the Task Manager

Under the Processes tab, right-click on “League of Legends (TM) Client” and select “Go to Details”.
Here, select the “LeagueClientUxRender.exe” that has the highest Memory, right-click on it, and set the priority to high.
You can also end some unnecessary programs that might be running in the background.
Moreover, if you are using the NVIDIA graphics card, then you can apply these settings also.
NVIDIA GeForce Experience Settings
Before updating any settings, make sure that your graphics driver is up to date.
To apply the settings, Open the NVIDIA GeForce Experience application.
Now, go to the home tab and select “Details” under League of Legends.
Click on the “Custom Settings” icon to set the performance-oriented or quality-oriented settings.
Open the System Settings window and select Gaming.
Here, Disable Xbox Game Bar and Game Mode.
Under Game Mode Window, select Graphics, and click on Browse.
Now, Go to the League of Legends game folder and add the League of Legends application to the list (Usually, it is C:\Program Files\Riot GamesValorant\League of Legends\Game\ League of Legends)
When League of Legends is added to the list, click on its options and set the priority of High performance.
Last but not the least, delete all the temporary files from your computer. You can find them by running %temp%, temp, and prefetch in Run Window.
