Season 10 was an upheaval with the Elemental Rifts changes as now the game’s focus has shifted to balancing Jungle and Top Roles, following this she reveals that the game feels fresh and devs are happy with this update.
Ranked Play and Champions
Safelocked gave a gist of all the changes that the devs have released the past few weeks. The recent changes to ranked queue, balancing teams with a similar number of duos, and auto-filling system. They said they wanna change the ranking system to provide higher satisfaction and more MMR balance. Worlds 2020 will follow a series of changes we are sure.
The Volibear VGU update in May will be the priority right now but as soon as it is wrapped up, they will focus on the Jungle and melee characters teased before. See the video for detailed information on Skin releases and much more.
Game Modes and Events
Fans after the Galaxy-2020, that will end on April 28, will be hungry for exclusive loots, drops and skins. After the Pulsefire 2020 confirmed, Jessica stated that the resultant cancellation of Invitational in May opened the window for Pulsefire. So fans don’t have to wait too long.
The Pulsefire event will feature the return of the popular Pick URF playlist, which allows players to pick any of their favourite champs in the Ultra Rapid Fire game mode. FPX’s 2019 Worlds skins, which Riot has already revealed, are also expected to made available around this time.
We might also see the eventual comeback of Nexus Blitz and that will be a crazy fan service because I know no one that does not like that mode. June will also be the release of the new Jungler champion, though the name is still behind a curtain.
Let’s see what other stuff they have in store for us!
