- On the website, click on Download Afterburner. This will download a zip folder on your system.
- Extract the file in your desired directory.
- Once you have extracted the setup file, right-click on it. Click on run as administrator and then click on yes.
- This will launch the afterburner installation process.
The steps while installing the software are pretty simple. You have to select the language and click on next. Accept the privacy terms to proceed. On the select products page, you can also install Rivatuner. It is optional software but pretty useful. Now, navigate to Monitoring. Check all the properties that you wish to monitor. Remember to check the Frame rate so that you can see it on-screen.
Under GPU usage, you will see the option for an on-screen display. Ensure to check it to see the features that you have selected. When everything is done, click on OK to apply the changes.
