How to remove or kick people out of PS5 party chat?

PlayStation 5 is the ninth-generation video game console by Sony and is currently the best console. Every time you hear the word, video game console, you imagine the picture of the Sony PlayStation 5 in your head. Before the launch of Sony PS5 in November 2020, it was its predecessor, PS4, that came to our minds. In the ninth-generation video game console market, PS5 has beaten Xbox Series X|S by multiple millions of units of sales.

PS5 is an upgraded version of PlayStation 4. With that comes new features and heavier hardware support. There were many players in the gaming community who did not purchase PS4 and were waiting for PS5 to launch. Therefore, there are some players who are not thorough with the interface of PlayStation and its features. Kick People from Party Chat in PS5

Party Chat is the feature in PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 that you can use to interact with other PlayStation users. This feature gives you the platform to voice chat or text with your party members. As this feature has changed over the years, many people do not know how to remove somebody from the Party Chat

Removing people from party chat is quite an easy process to follow. But, this process demands some requirements. The most important thing that you need to kick somebody out of a party chat is that you must be the owner of that party. If you are not the owner or admin of that party, you can only remove yourself from that party by exiting it. So, if you are the owner of a party, follow these steps to kick somebody from your party:

  1. Press the PlayStation button on your console and select Game Base from the menu.
  2. Select the party, of which, you are the owner and from which, you want to remove somebody.
  3. Select the person you want to kick from your party and press the options button.
  4. By pressing the option button, the only option you get is to kick him/her. So, select Kick and it’s done.
