The Shiny Charm is a highly sought after held item in the game Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl and all other previous Pokémon games. If you have this Shiny Charm with you, you will have a higher probability of catching the rare shiny Pokémon in the game.
What are these Shiny Pokémon? Shiny Pokémon are rare variants of Pokémon that are differently colored than other Pokémon of their species. These shiny Pokémon are some of the most wanted and most sought after ones in every Pokémon game.

To get this shiny charm, you will have to complete the National Pokédex, just like you did in the previous ones. This means that you will have to catch all the 150 Pokémon that the game Pokémon Brilliant Diamond And Shining Pearl has!
