Capcom has announced Public Beta Testing on March 27th for Resident Evil Resistance. The demo was teased in February by Capcom and you will finally be able to get your hands on it this week. Raccoon City with an industrial backdrop will once again be crawled with the undead as you find your trail through it. Your thirst for blood will be fulfiled on March 19th but only for a brief period.
Sony also announced some simple walk-through tactics to finish the demo on their PlayStation blog and told us what we will be seeing in the game. Jill, our original contender will have to fight zombies as well as her arch-rival and the main plot villain Nemesis in a gritty battle for their lives.

The game will follow the same set as Raccoon City but will have a unique and wider story arc, building on the ending that was dished out in Resident Evil 2. There is also a very fun challenge in the demo game called Mr Charlie, where twenty (very creepy looking)

Charlie bobble-heads are distributed all over the city. They are deliberately placed in obscure places so you will have to go through some deep cleaning to find them all. What rewards await after the completion of the challenge is still unsure.
You can find the walk-through information here.

Resident Evil Resistance Open Beta

The open beta will be up for testing on March 27th onwards where you can choose between being one of the 4 survivors or the Mastermind, who is hell-bent on crushing the survivors. Resident Evil Resistance beta will run-up till the release of Resident Evil 3 on 3rd April. The Raccoon City demo is just to get your hand into the asymmetric online game of 4v1 fighting but the final destination awaits.
