Pokemon Home, the new cloud service for transferring and storing Pokemon has been launched on Nintendo Switch. Also, its mobile app is available on Android & iOS devices. Pokemon Home allows players to transfer Pokemon within games including Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee/Pikachu & Pokemon Sword and Shield.
Coming to the topic, some players are not aware of the ways to trade Pokémon using Pokémon HOME on my mobile device. Well, listed below are the ways for your reference.
There are four ways to trade Pokémon using Pokémon HOME on your mobile device:
Wonder Box—Pokémon placed in the Wonder Box can be traded even when you’re not using Pokémon HOME. You can choose multiple Pokémon you want to trade automatically.
GTS—Specify which Pokémon you want to trade and which Pokémon you want to receive, and then get matched with a Trainer who meets your criteria. You can even request Pokémon that you haven’t registered in Pokémon HOME’s National Pokédex yet!
Room Trade—Join a trade room that can hold up to 20 Trainers and trade Pokémon among those who also join. You won’t know whose Pokémon you’ll receive until the trade is complete.
Note: You can only create rooms when enrolled in a paid premium plan.
Friend Trade (restrictions apply)—This allows you to trade your Pokémon with other Trainers you’ve become Friends with in Pokémon HOME. You can add friends using the Add Friend feature in Pokémon HOME.
