Meet the game’s system requirements

- Processor- Snapdragon 835, Dimensity 720, Kirin 810, or higher.
- RAM- 4 GB or more
- Android version- Android 8 or higher
- Storage space- 8.5 GB at least
iOS-
- Specs- iPhone 8 Plus or higher models. iPads having an A10 processor or higher is needed.
- iOS version- iOS 10.0 or higher.

Clear Cache

Android-
- Go to the Settings menu, and tap on the Storage option.
- Here, select the Apps option, and scroll down until you find Honkai Star Rail.
- Tap on it, and select the Clear Cache option.
- After this, launch the game and check if it crashes.
iOS-
- Head to the Settings application on your iOS device, and find the Honkai Star Rail application.
- Now, head into the settings of it, and scroll down until you come across the Reset Cache on the next start option. Select it, and then launch the game.
Verify the Integrity of downloaded files
If the game fails to launch after you select the Start Game option, then chances are that the downloaded files are corrupted. Well, the game’s launcher has a built-in file verification system that lets you verify the integrity of game files. To do so, access the loading menu of Honkai Star Rail, and select the Update option located on the right side of the screen. Upon tapping it, the game will show a prompt asking whether you want to re-verify the integrity of the downloaded resources. Before tapping on Confirm, tap on the Force Update all downloaded files option, to ensure that new files are downloaded. If your internet connection is slow, skip this step.
Once you select confirm, the game files will be checked and replaced in case they are corrupted. After the scan is completed, all you need to do is restart the game, and then check if it crashes again.
Change the app’s name
