According to the game’s official FAQ, Hogwarts Legacy will roll out on July 25, 2023, for the Nintendo Switch. Now, this is a rather long wait because PC, PS5, & Xbox Series X/S users will get the game by February 10th. Also, PS4, as well as Xbox One users, will get it by April 4, 2023. So, Nintendo Switch owners will need to wait for additional 2-3 months to finally get their hands on Hogwarts Legacy. Although this sounds rather disappointing, there can be many reasons behind this delay. However, the devs have not given any particular reason for why Switch users will get the game after such a long gap.
Anyways, it is already well known that Nintendo Switch is an aging gaming console. So, devs need to downgrade their games so that they can run on this handheld console. This process takes time and resources. So, it is possible that the devs will take this time to polish the game and make it compatible with Switch.
