The Onyx Hippogriff Mount is a pre-order exclusive reward in Hogwarts Legacy. This means that you only have a limited time to get this item. To do so, you will need to pre-order the game before it goes live for everyone. If you don’t know, Hogwarts Legacy will roll out on February 10, 2023, for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. While, it is scheduled for Xbox One and PS4 on April 4, and July 25 for Nintendo Switch. So, you can pre-order the game and get the reward once the game launches.
Unfortunately, pre-orders for the game on Xbox were canceled. This happened due to a delay in the release of the Xbox One version of the game. WB Games shared a tweet with this information. Anyways, if you received an email regarding the cancellation of your pre-order, all you need to do is order again.
