Hogwarts Legacy How to change House Uniforms

In Hogwarts Legacy, players have the ability to choose amongst 4 different houses before they begin their journey in the game. The four houses are Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin, and each has its own unique traits and values. Potterheads will flock toward the house that fancies them but what if you want to change the house mid-way in your gameplay? Maybe you want to take a glimpse of the common room of another house or just want to try out their uniforms. If you are curious about it, then this is the article for you.

Hogwarts Legacy How to change House Uniforms

While the choice of a house may seem like a significant decision, it does not ultimately affect the gameplay in a significant way. Your house color will appear on some cosmetics and you’ll have access to your house’s Common Room, but there are no exclusive spells, pets, or bonuses you’ll get just from choosing a house. So what if you want to try out the uniforms of other houses? Players would be disappointed to know this is not possible in the game. The devs have not implemented the privilege to switch between houses or to get access to their common rooms and uniforms once a player has made their choice. But, there is more to it. You have the ability to create a new save file for each house, thereby making sure you get the ultimate experience. However, if that’s not your choice, mods can be of great help.

If you are familiar with RPG games, then you must be aware of the mods that are available for such games. The modding community is huge and they regularly come up with new useful and exciting mods for new games. Luckily, one such mod exists for Hogwarts Legacy which allows players to change their house selection. You can download the mod here. You must download the zip file, unzip it, and open the hlse.html in your browser. Once you open it, you will be able to select the save file of the game which you want to edit. Navigating through the different tabs seen in the mod, you will be able to change the house that you belong to, giving you access to their uniforms.

And that is how you can change your house uniform in the game. Also, keep in mind that modding can sometimes cause the files to get corrupted, so consider taking a backup of the Save file you intend to edit. With that being said, we have reached the end of this guide. Follow Digistatement for more tips and tutorials on all the latest gaming-related trends.
