Hogwarts Legacy: Can you kill people?

Almost every person waiting for Hogwarts Legacy has one question- can people be killed in the game? Well, it might sound horrifying to someone who is not familiar with the HP universe. But, this is a genuine question because some of the gameplay trailers showcased the Unforgivable Curses. These are some of the deadliest curses/spells in this magical universe. But, will the devs add them to a video game? So, if you are also looking for more information on this topic and are wondering if you will get to kill somebody in Hogwarts Legacy, then you have come to the right place.

Hogwarts Legacy is an action RPG that will allow you to explore the wizarding school called Hogwarts. Players will also be able to attend magic lessons and learn new spells and charms. These will help you to defeat enemies and also win wand duels. Since Hogwarts Legacy is an open-world video game, players will have the freedom to explore things at their own pace. You will also be able to visit Hogsmeade and the Forbidden Forest. All these places have interesting NPCs. Since Hogwarts Legacy is a wizarding game, folks are wondering if they can use the Unforgivable Curses as well.

Hogwarts Legacy: Can you kill people?

Yes, you will be able to kill people in Hogwarts Legacy using the Unforgivable Curses. If you do not know, the Unforgivable Curses consist of three spells- Avada Kedavara, Crucio, and Imperio. All three of these curses have different usages. The Crucio spell is used to inflict continuous pain on your target. On the other hand, the Imperio curse will take control of your target’s mind and make them fight for you. Last but least, Avada Kedavara will instantly kill your target. These spells are called the Unforgivable Curses due to their cruel and violent nature.

A lot of fans were skeptical if the devs will add these curses to the game. But, several gameplay trailers have already showcased these spells. Players who purchase the Deluxe version of the game will have access to the Dark Arts Arena. Here, you will be able to test out these spells even if you haven’t already learned them. At the moment, we don’t know how players will get their hands on the Unforgivable Curses in Hogwarts Legacy and how it will impact their gameplay if they use these spells on innocent students. We will update our article once this information is available. So, stay tuned to Digi Statement.
