Friday Night Funkin is a 2-D game which revolves around rapping and singing battles between the main character, ‘Boyfriend’ and array of characters. These characters get changed every week. These rivals tries to keep ‘Boyfriend’ away from getting a date with his ‘Girlfriend’. Each week of the game includes 3 rounds, each with a different song. Sound tracks of Friday Night Funkin’ have been a major attraction to the players as it comes up with cool beats and adrenaline-rushing music.
All the weeks (Week 1-6) have been amazing as each week came up with different types of rivals and cool sound tracks.
- Week 1: Rival- Daddy Dearest, Songs- Bopeebo, Fresh and Dad Battle
- Week 2: Rival- Skid and Pump, Songs- Spookeez and South
- Week 3: Rival- Pico, Songs- Pico, Philly Nice and Blammed
- Week 4: Rival- The Mom, Songs- Satin Panties, High and M.I.L.F
- Week 5: Rival- Both the Parents (Daddy Dearest and The Mom), Songs- Cocoa, Eggnog and Winter Horrorland
- Week 6: Rival- Senpai, Songs- Senpai, Roses and Thorns
Week 7 Update got Delayed?
6 Weeks have been released as of now in the game. Each week witnesses a different kind of plot and tell a different kind of story itself. There has been almost 2 months since the release of week 6 of the game. We know that Friday Night Funkin’ is never out of content i.e. if you want some variation, you can always checkout the mods of FNF. But, the game has not made it’s fans wait for this long for the next update since it’s release. FNF has experienced continuous updates from November introducing new features. According to the past releases of the Updates of the game, week 7 update must have already released but it has not happened yet. It seems that it has been delayed due to some unknown reason.
There have also been several leaks on various platforms regarding the rivals and upcoming sound tracks of week 7 but official statement is still awaited. Recently, rumours are also prevailing that, the new Week 7 update is likely to arrive on April 2nd, 2021. We hope for the the release of week 7 of FNF to be soonest.
