Halo Infinite Season 4, Infection, went live recently on June 20th, 2023. The first season of Halo Infinite, Heroes of Reach, went live on November 15th, 2021 (along with the game’s multiplayer beta release) and lasted until May 3rd, 2022. Following this, Season 2: Lone Wolves came out on May 3rd, 2022, and had a run of almost 6 months, until November 2022. A winter update was released by the developers on November 8th, 2022, which served as a buffer between Season 2 and Season 3. Season 5 Release Date (Speculation)
If we consider the winter update to be a buffer point between Seasons 2 and 3, then all the major updates are being released within an interval of 5–6 months. Season 3, however, is an exception, having a running period of only 4 months. Going by this pattern, the release date of Season 5 for Halo Infinite is expected to be in October 2023, maybe within the second or third week of the month.
