- Press and hold the Power Button on your PS5 console until it turns off.
- Now, unplug the console from the socket, wait for approximately a minute, and then reconnect the cables. Press and hold the Power Button again until you hear the second beep to enter Safe Mode.
- Connect your DualSense controller with the PS5 using a USB cable, and then press the PS button.
- Following this, the Safe Boot menu should appear. Now, select the Clear Cache and Rebuild Database option in Safe Mode, and hit OK.
