The Grand Theft Auto franchise has long been the most popular gaming IP out there. Now that GTA 6 is finally on the horizon, anticipation is at an all-time high. However, Rockstar isn’t done with GTA Online just yet. The studio continues to breathe new life into its popular online counterpart of GTA 5, with fresh updates and DLCs. Rumours have been swirling about a substantial summer update, and now we have the details. From new vehicles to exciting missions and seasonal events, here’s an overview of what’s coming to GTA Online in the upcoming update.

The Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC, released on June 25, is the latest update for GTA Online. You team up with Maude Eccles’ daughter, Jenette, to track down and capture criminals across Los Santos and Blaine County. This action-packed update introduces new law enforcement vehicles, off-the-books dispatch work, and a variety of new races and missions. Despite being the last DLC, the community is already buzzing with leaks and information about the upcoming updates. So, here is all we know regarding this next big update in GTA Online.

As with many new DLCs from Rockstar, data miners have delved into the game files to uncover upcoming content. Here’s a breakdown of the leaks and what players can expect in the coming months, with thanks to those data miners!

New Vehicles

Southern San Andreas Super Autos:

  • Benefactor
  • Pegassi Pizza Boy – This bike will also introduce pizza delivery missions.
  • Vapid Dominator FX
  • Canis Castigator – Currently, this can be unlocked by completing the Tier 4 Career Challenge on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S but is not yet available for purchase.

Warstock Cache & Carry:

  • Vapid Dominator FX Interceptor
  • Impaler LX Cruiser

Rockstar is expected to release these vehicles gradually over the next few months, potentially at a rate of one or two per month.

Pizza Delivery Missions

Players will likely be able to undertake pizza delivery missions, earning small amounts of money per delivery. Completing 50 deliveries will unlock a “Pizzaiola” outfit, and completing all five deliveries while the pizzas are hot will unlock a trade price for the Pegassi Pizza Boy bike.

Dispatch Missions

New missions from Martin Madrazo will involve taking out targets. Completing these will earn $20,000, with a bonus of $10,000 if the target is eliminated with a specified weapon. There will be multiple spawn locations for these missions.

Daily Collectibles: LS Tags

You can engage in a daily collectable activity called LS Tags, reminiscent of GTA San Andreas’ graffiti. Completing these will unlock a “Street Artist” outfit.

New Clothing and Seasonal Events

Various new clothing items will be available, and many tied to seasonal events could be added. Here is a list of those potential events and other other clothing items.

  • Independence Day: A new adversary mode called “Assault on AT16” is expected to be introduced.
  • North Yankton Zombie Survival: A new survival mode in North Yankton featuring three different zombie models, including an armoured juggernaut zombie.
  • Ghost Exposed Treasure Hunt: A revamped ghost photo hunt with new locations around Los Santos. Completing this will unlock a new reward: a Ghostbusters-inspired outfit.
  • UFO Abductions: Returning from last year, with a chance to unlock a new melee weapon called “The Shocker,” a stun baton.
  • New Weather Effects: Halloween snow and Halloween rain will add to the spooky atmosphere.
A list of new awards related to the DLC content, particularly focusing on the zombie survival mode and the new adversary mode, will be available.

For now, that is all the information we have on the upcoming content featured in GTA Online. That said, make sure that the information provided here is based on leaks, so it is subject to change. Take it with a pinch of salt for the time being. We hope your doubts on this matter are cleared now. Anyway, for all your other gaming-related queries, always make sure to visit DigiStatement first.
