- For the foremost step, you’re gonna drive around and look for a clothing store.
- Once you’ve found a clothing store, walk up to the counter and open the menu.
- At the bottom of this menu, you’re going to find “Outfits: Scuba” and click on it.
- Once you’re on this menu, you are free to choose from over 22 Scuba diving suits.
- Be aware that these do not come cheap. So, just buy a scuba suit, equip it and walk out of the store.
