Google Pixel 4a Spotted on Geekbench with 6GB of RAM

Rumors about Google’s budget flagship smartphone, aka Pixel 4a, are circulating all over the internet for quite some time now. We have seen several leaked renders and photos of the phone. Even hands-on videos of the device are leaked online. However, Google hasn’t confirmed anything about the device yet. Well, now more leaks about Pixel 4a are coming; this time, the smartphone is spotted on the Geekbench listing.

According to the leaked Geekbench scores, the Google Pixel 4a score 2539 points in the Single-core test and 6366 points in the multi-core test. Moreover, the smartphone runs on Android 10 and is housed with an unknown Qualcomm Snapdragon processor coupled with 6GB of RAM. Below is the screenshot of the leaked Geekbench listing of Pixel 4a:

Recently a few photos captured by Pixel 4a in comparison with the Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 7 were also leaked on twitter. Redmi Note 7 Pro houses a 48MP rear camera and Google pixel will probably have a 12MP sensor, below is side by side comparison of the images from both devices, and you can clearly point out the winner. Well, this also once again proves, “Megapixels doesn’t matter.”

Falling in line with earlier leaks, Google Pixel 4a will feature a 5.8inch display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. As for the processor, it is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 730G. A 3,080mAh battery will run the device, and the base variant of this model will rock 64GB of internal storage and 6GB of RAM.

Google Pixel 4A will cost slightly lesser than its bigger brothers, Pixel 4, 4XL around $400 (Rs. 38,000).

There is no official announcement about the launch date of Google Pixel 4A. But rumors have been reporting that this device will be available in multiple variants and will launch on 22 May 2020.
