Friday Night Funkin’ is a music based game which revolves around a character named “Boyfriend”, who tries to defeat his rivals to win a date with his “Girlfriend”. His rivals varies in every week. In the first week, his rival was Girlfriend’s Dad, “Daddy Dearest”. In second week, it was “Monster”. “Pico” in third, “The Mom” in fourth, “Both the Parents” in fifth and “Senpai” in sixth. This game has also witnessed some astounding mods such as:
Minus Mod ( MINUS MOm and BF skins) :
This mod is actually one of the most amazing mods of ‘Friday Night Funkin’. This mod comes up with many things and features. At first, the major attraction of this mod is new skins for our ‘Boyfriend’ character. Now, you can select the boyfriend from 3 kinds namely, “Beta Boyfriend”, “Blue Boyfriend” and “Mean Boyfriend”. The boyfriend selection screen will be visible every time before starting a battle.
Names of the weeks have also been modified in this mod. First week is modified as ‘Ex-Rockstar’, second as ‘Creepy Month’, third as ‘Dino Pico’, fourth as ‘Rider Mommy’, fifth as ‘Static’ and sixth as ‘Gentleman Tutorial Ft. Prince’. Fifth and sixth week are still work in progress.
Various small changes are also noticeable such as:
- Minus’ boyfriend was previously moving strangely but this has been fixed now.
- Skid is the puppet master.
- The girlfriend’s sprite is also modified.
- Pico is now a Dinosaur that seems strange .
Apart from the small changes, week 4 has been changed completely. The girlfriend cannot stand the wind, guys dancing in background are changed and how can we forget about the “Minus Mom”. Her appearance is changed completely and it seems like it is more difficult to beat her now.
Various offsets are also be said to be fixed.
