Forza Horizon 5 currently not available in your account & throwing error code 0x803F8001: Fixes & Workarounds

Forza Horizon 5 is indeed one of the best car racing games in the world. But unfortunately, some players are not able to enjoy this beautiful and exciting game due to the Error Code 0x803F8001. They are facing this error while they are trying to install or launch the game from Microsoft Store. It comes with a message saying “Forza Horizon 5 currently not available in your account”. Fix: FH5 not available and Error Code 0x803F8001

Here are some steps that you must follow to eliminate this issue. You must also note that these fixes and workarounds might not work for everyone.

1. Sign out and Sign in again. Make sure that your date and time are set according to your area. Also, make sure that you are logged in with the same account on Xbox App and Microsoft Store.
2. Run Windows Store Troubleshooter (Follow the path to run it: Settings> Update and Security> Troubleshoot> Additional Troubleshooter> Windows Store Apps> Run the Troubleshooter)
3. Clear store cache Using “wsreset” command. Simply type it in the search bar and run it as administrator.

5. Update Apps. Go to the Microsoft Store and update the apps.
   
6. Install Xbox Identity Provider by simply searching for it in Microsoft Store.
7. If you are still facing the issue, Reset Store app (Path: Settings> Apps> Microsoft Store> Reset)
8. Run Powershell command to re-register store: Click on the Windows Start menu, then open Windows Powershell Admin, then paste the following commands one by one. After entering each command you need to hit the enter key.
   1. Copy: “Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}“. Hit Enter
   2. Copy: “Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”} “. Hit Enter
   3. If you did not find a solution till now, type the following commands also in Windows Powershell (Admin):
      • Reinstall Microsoft Store: Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage
      • Reboot your computer: Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
