Corrupted or missing game files can trigger audio or sound issues. To verify game files on Steam, go to Steam > Library > Forspoken(right-click) > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of game files. To do the same on Epic Games, go to Epic Games > Library > Forspoken > Gear Icon > Scan and Repair.
