How to enable it on Xbox:-
Open the dashboard and click on All settings
From the menu, select Privacy and online safety
Click on Xbox live privacy and select Video details and customize
You will find an option You can broadcast gameplay, set it to Allow.
Restart the app and enjoy streaming.
