Recently released, F1 2021 is climbing up the stairs of success by receiving generally positive responses from critics. F1 2021 is released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X and S. So, here is everything you need to know about it.

F1 2021 Game Wheel Settings

There are several things that you must keep in mind before changing the settings for your Steering Wheel. Firstly, you must know that there will be different settings to apply for different kinds of wheels. In control, vibration and feedback settings menu, you will be able to find different famous wheel devices. You can check that whether the wheel you are using, is listed among them. If your wheel is listed, you can change its settings according to your preferences. But, here are some general suggestions for the settings that you should apply. (Select edit on the wheel you are playing)

  • Firstly, we will check the Steering Deadzone. For this, you have to open the testing option and test the steering by leaving the steering wheel idle and see if the steering is returning back to zero. If it does, then the settings are right, but if not, slightly keep increasing the steering deadzone settings until it gets back straight zero.
  • Now, we will be testing the full range of motion. For this, open the testing option and steer the wheel to 360 degrees right and 360 degrees left. If the steering is showing 100 in both, extreme right and left, the settings are right. But if not, make sure to slightly increase the steering saturation deadzone settings until it goes to 100.
  • Also, set the Steering Linearity to 50.
  • Just like we applied these three settings to Steering Settings, apply all the same settings to Throttle and Brake Settings

The settings of the buttons present on the wheel depend on device to device. So, these were the wheel settings that will help you enhance the gameplay experience.
