Building your drug cartel in Drug Dealer Simulator 2 depends a lot on how you serve your clients. For this, you have to employ people to work for you who can cater to your clients. The more clients you have, the more people you need to work for you. After all, selling the “magic powders” isn’t an easy task. Drug Dealer Simulator 2 offers a realistic simulation of a drug cartel. This includes the process of employing workers for your “business”. However, if you’re new to the game, you might not have any idea about how to get more workers in the game. In this guide, we’ve shared everything on how to get employees in Drug Dealer Simulator 2 and how they work. So, without further ado, let’s find out.

Drug Dealer Simulator was a popular title from Byterunners and Movie Games S.A. The success of DDS prompted the developers and publishers to release the much-anticipated sequel to the game. Drug Dealer Simulator 2 came out on June 20, 2024, and this game is as much of a hit as its predecessor was. That being said, since this is still a relatively new title, fans are still figuring out certain aspects of the game, including the employee system. So, how do you get employees in Drug Dealer Simulator 2, and how do they work? Continue reading for more details.

How to Get Employees in Drug Dealer Simulator 2 and How Do They Work?

So, we have two different topics at hand here. First is how to get your business thriving by hiring more workers, and second is how this employee system in the game functions. Let’s discuss both topics one by one.

Getting Employees in the Game

Well, there are three different methods that you can use in Drug Dealer Simulator 2 to increase your workforce. One thing that you have to remember, though, is that the way to get employees in the game isn’t that straightforward. First, if you want to check the number of employees you have, check the blue marker at the top of your screen. The green marker beside it will denote the number of clients you serve.

To get more employees, what you can first try is to meet up with a local leader. Once you have increased your reputation in an area, schedule a meeting with the leader and choose a place for the meeting. You can ask the leader if they know about people who need work, and this is how you can get employees for your cartel. However, this isn’t a very common method to get employees.

Next, what you can try is to use the noticeboards in the game to hire workers. If you go to Slav’s Bay and speak with Kira, you’ll get a main quest to hire a distributor. This will lead you to interact with the first noticeboard in the game. You can interact with these noticeboards once every in-game day. So, whenever you sleep and wake up in the game, and it’s a new day, you can go and interact with these noticeboards. Sometimes, these noticeboards will give you a new worker or even a new pet for your hideouts.

Finally, you can get workers through special clients. These are the ones in your chatbox who appear in green. Take Jamal, for example. You have to sell him the powder first, and then eventually, he’ll become a worker. These are the only ways to get workers in the game.

How do the employees work in the game?

When you first set up your hideout, you can go inside the bunker and interact with the tall blue cabinet. This is the dealer’s cabinet. From here, you can assign clients to your dealer. Remember that the work speed of your dealer will be at its highest if the number of clients assigned to them doesn’t cross 6. Then, simply drop off the drugs at the dead drops in the area so that your dealers can collect and sell them. You need to click on the profile picture of your dealer to confirm the package. Also, note that you can only drop off one package at a time. So, don’t forget to drop a high amount of drugs in each package.

So, once you drop off your weed in one dead drop, find the other dead drops in the area and drop a package in each. You can click the middle mouse button to locate the dead drops in your area. These will pop up as a question mark icon. In the bottom right corner of your screen, you’ll see the amount of money your dealers are currently holding. If there’s a profile picture of a dealer beside this money amount, that means this dealer doesn’t have enough drugs. So, you’ll have to give them a package once again through dead drops.

You can then go back to your hideout, interact with the dealer cabinet, and click on the “Deliver the money” option. This will prompt the dealer to deliver the money to your mailbox. You’ll need to buy a safe to keep the money. Furthermore, the dealers will only give you the money after taking their cut, so you don’t have to manage that either.

As you progress in the game, you will be able to put a distributor’s desk in your hideouts. You’ll also be able to hire distributors and assign your dealers to these distributors. Each distributor can manage 4 dealers. For this, you can’t leave your dealers in the cabinet. They’ll have to be assigned a spot first. Once you’ve assigned their spots, assign them to a distributor. This will mean that you don’t have to travel so much any longer. All you have to do now is drop off your drugs at the hideout, and the distributor will deliver them to your dealers and collect the money.

So, this is how you get employees in Drug Dealer Simulator 2, and this is how they work. Hopefully, our guide was informative enough for you to understand the complete process. If you enjoyed reading this guide, stay tuned to DigiStatement for more such gaming content and guides.
