Dinkum: How to get Marlin
Marlin is a rare species of fish found in the deep waters. It is huge in size with a long pointed nose and seems blue in the water. This is one of the highest selling fishes after Yellowfin Tuna and thus is profitable to a huge extent if caught. But, catching this fish requires fa ew prerequisites, such as:
- Fishing License
- Fishing Rod
- Boat
The Fishing License can be acquired by purchasing it for 250 permit points. Permit points can be earned by achieving various milestones like smashing rocks. Fletch will give you your fishing license once you have collected enough PP. The fishing rod can be acquired only by gaining some experience by fishing randomly in the wild, and you need to upgrade your fishing license to Level 3 (this is a must). A rowboat is usually used by the fishermen in the game but it’ll be better if you have a Jet Ski because Marlin can be found in random places mostly the Southen Oceans and you will have to roam a bit in order to get a glimpse of Marlin.
Once you are done with all the above-mentioned requirements, you have to go to the sea and you have to randomly search for the Marlin, all thanks to the crystal clear water which makes it a lot easier to spot Marlin. Once you set your sights on a Marlin, stop your boat near Marlin, use the fishing rod and let the Marlin fall into your trap. As soon as she becomes a victim of your fishing strategy, just wait for it to get stunned, and once it is unconscious and tired of escaping your trap, just reel in. You will then have Marlin with you which will make you earn a lot of bucks i.e. 20,200 bucks per Marlin.
