What is Battleground in Diablo Immortal?
Simply put, Battleground is a timed 8v8 PvP battle where each side has specific objectives that they have to complete and is considered a practice ground for Rite of Exile. It is a perfect medium whether the Immortals will keep their position or the Shadows overthrow them and take the position for themselves. If you’re new to the Battleground mode, you need to stick together with your teammates while keeping in mind the objectives. We’d also recommend you switch your build if you could in Battleground PvP. Knockback, Crowd Control, and Interrupt Effects are some of the best abilities that can secure you a win if you do everything right.
How to enter the Battleground in Diablo Immortal?
The minimum requirement for entering the Battleground is level 55 or higher and is open on specific timeslots like 8:00 AM, 6:00 PM, Noon, and 10:00 PM server time. To enter the battleground, speak to the Battleground Captain on the round balcony on the upper right-hand side of Westmarch. You can choose Defend or Attack, depending on your preference or you can let them assign randomly. To make the match fair, you’ll be paired with opponents that have similar equipment levels, paragons, or similar experiences. Shortly you will be merged together with a team and will be sent to the Battleground.
What do you have to do in Battlegrounds?
To give you a general idea of what will be in the battleground, attackers and defenders will be given their own objectives that they have to complete. For attackers, some of the examples of activities that they’ll be doing are Assist the Zealous Idols, Destroy the Sacred Guardian, or Destroy the Ancient Heart, while the defenders have to do just the opposite of attackers like Defending the Ancient Heart, etc.
