Firstly, a celebratory event is coming to the game in the last week of February. Likewise, fans can expect an official live-stream celebration from a Ghost Ship office as well as some other celebratory things.
SEASON 2 UPDATE – Details
Firstly, fans can expect brand new Season Challenges as well as Season Events.
The most exciting part of the Deep Rock Galactic Roadmap for 2022 is the upcoming Season 2 Update. Likewise, fans can look forward to different updates as well as Improvements for Season 2. Here are all the information available regarding Season 2 so far –
Four new Secondary Weapons will be added to the game with Season 2’s release. Likewise, the new weapons will be great additions to the lineup of the already available weapon varieties. The new weapons are also coming with a full package of Assignments, Overclocks as well as Customizations. Additionally, the new weapons are also coming with full support for Mods.
Another thing that is coming with Season 2 is the brand new Performance Pass. Likewise, the brand new Pass is also coming with events that are specific to Season 2. Do note that the Pass will remain free for players. It is also a continuation of where the first one left off. Additionally, fans can also unlock brand new cosmetics in this Performance Pass, which will be released with the Season 2 update. When is Season 2 coming out in 2022?
According to the developers’ post, fans can expect to receive the Season 2 update for the game between March and April 2022. The Update will go live on Steam first, and then later it will be made available for PS and Xbox consoles.
