Online games have gained a lot of popularity in today’s world. The idea of multiplayer has everyone excited. The theme of playing games with your loved ones and random players online, especially in an action-packed environment like that of the Call of Duty games, is fascinating. COD: Warzone 2 and MW 2 deliver the exact same fun-filled and thrilling experience. Both games have been the center of attraction for players who love action-filled and fast-paced gameplay. A game of such significance will have flaws, and that’s not surprising. One of the most recent errors faced by players is the “Error Cause: 10 Error Code 0” error, which disables the player from entering the in-game lobby.

Call of Duty: Warzone 2 and MW 2 are some of the most successful games of recent times to be released by the American video game developer, Activision. The supporting pillar of both games is their multiplayer mode, which, however, isn’t as smooth as expected. Well, recently, a lot of players have had their gaming experience ruined due to an error known as “Error Cause: 10 Error Code: 0”, which has stopped them from entering the game’s lobby area. Not only in Warzone 2, this error is also experienced by players in the multiplayer mode of Modern Warfare 2 (2022). If you are struggling with the same thing, read along and get to know more about the error and some fixes that might get rid of it.

Unfortunately, there is no official fix from the developer’s end yet. Most players are speculating that this error is related to server issues. The actual causes of this error are unknown (officially), which makes it quite difficult to figure out a solution for it. Well, in the absence of an official fix, here are some potential workarounds you can try.

Power Cycling your Console/ System:

Turn off your console or PC, whichever you own, and unplug it from the power source. Wait some time and plug in the cable again to your power source. Turn the console/PC on and try to enter the game.

Power Cycling your Internet Connection:

You can try power cycling your internet connection source by removing your Wi-Fi router’s cable from the power source. Wait some time and plug it back in. Make sure that your internet connection is working properly. You can also switch to a wired connection for better connectivity.

Check server status:

Since this issue is related to the game servers being down, consider visiting the official server status page of COD Warzone 2 and MW 2 to get the latest updates on server status. If the servers are down, all you can do is wait for them to get back online.

Contact player support of Activision:

As a last resort, you can try contacting Activision support to get additional assistance on the matter. You can visit the official page by clicking here. Make sure to describe the problem in detail, and then patiently wait for a response.

Since COD Warzone 2 and MW 2 serve a highly active player base, chances are that Activision will take note of this quite soon. If none of the steps mentioned above work for you, it is advised to be patient and wait until an official announcement is made from the developer’s end.
