Call of Duty Vanguard, the latest addition to the legendary Call of Duty series, is finally out across all major platforms and it looks like the game has got everything to blow up your mind. Be it those 20 different multiplayer maps or the core action moments or anything else, Call of Duty Vanguard has got everything to be blockbuster.
But for making a game good enough for playing, you need to tweak some of the settings and stuff, like the brightness and colors in the game. Are you looking to change the brightness and colours in the game, but are having difficulties? Well, don’t worry!
Here are the steps following which you can change the colors and brightness in all of Duty Vanguard –
- Go and press on the Options in your controller first.
- Next, tab over to graphics. In the graphics section, scroll over until you find Color Customization. This is where you can change the colors in Call of Duty Vanguard.
- Select Color customization. In there you will get three different filters to choose from. You can choose anything you want. But make sure you have “both” or “target” set on the color filters target to have the filters take effect.
- To change the brightness, you need to select the brightness tab. But if you click on brightness, it will say that “brightness is locked since HDR is turned on”. Next, you will be advised to adjust the brightness of your game.
- So here is what you have to do. To adjust the brightness, you have to go back to the home screen on your console.
- Next, go up to the settings. Then you have to go down to sound and screen or screen. Select it.
- Next, go to video output and scroll down where you will see that you have HDR on. Well, you will want to have your HDR turned on since it gives more accurate and vibrant colors. So you can go forth and adjust the HDR.
- For this, you have to click on adjust HDR to adjust it. Right there, select Call of Duty Vanguard to close the game.
- Once the game is closed, you will be taken to the console screen page where you will be able to adjust the HDR settings of the game. On the first page, you will find some instructions with a box on the left-hand side that would help you to decide whether to increase the brightness or the darkness of the game. You can do this with the help of your controller.
- There will be three different screens to adjust the brightness and darkness of the game. All you need to do is to press the up and down button on your controller until the symbol inside the box is barely visible. Do this for all three pages by clicking on Next and finish it by clicking on Ok.
- Keep in mind that this represents the brightness and the colours in the game. So if you accurately adjust this, it should look and appear a lot better in the game.
