Bus Simulator 21 is a bus simulator game from Stillalive Studios and published by Astragon Entertainment. It is the sixth installment in the Bus Simulator series and is the direct sequel to Bus Simulator 18. The game was released on 7 September 2021 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. 

Bus Simulator 21 as the name suggests is a simulation game where you operate as a Bus driver. The game was developed using Unreal Engine 4. The series is known for its accurate simulation of the experience & driving mechanics of buses. 

Pedestrian AI and traffic are one of the standout features of the games. The games take place in a sandbox city with a traffic system and different districts. The players have to operate and complete the tasks given by driving through the different routes.

The series features varieties of licensed buses to choose from and operate. The game also features the management elements of operating a bus. Players can navigate through the map and perform different tasks & missions.

The latest installment comes with improvements and new features. Freely usable convenience features, such as quickly jumping to desired stops on the map (fast travel), fast forwarding time, and directly taking over the routes.  The game features both single player and synced multiplayer game modes. You can play the game with your friends in an online co-op environment. In case a player wants to transfer their progression, knowing where the save file is located is important. The save file for the game can be located within the subfolders of the Steam folder in the following folder:

:\Steam\steamapps\common\BusSimulator21\Saved\SavedGames

In the local C: Drive, the save file can be located in the following subfolders of the user:

:\Users\name\AppData\Local\BusSimulator21\Saved\SavedGames 

Bus Simulator 21 is a game where the progression system is an important element of the gameplay. Therefore, always keeping a save of the game is important.
