COD Black Ops Cold War store leak and two new operators

Following the December 8 update, players seem to be having problems with their consoles, especially the next-gen. Activision has not yet communicated on the subject. The December 8 patch note, which is the first update of Season 1 of Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, causes various freeze or crash issues on games. Since this morning, players have been complaining that they have serious problems playing with no dev code announced to correct the problem. The problem is most certainly due to the update which aimed to correct a lot of problems, but especially problems with the next-gen console system previously announced on Reddit.

Players can’t play a game without having a pretty daunting crash or freeze on PS5 or Xbox Series X | S. For the moment Activision has not yet communicated on the subject. We will update this article if a patch or a solution has been announced by support. Also, fixes for mastery camouflages do not appear to have deployed correctly for some players.

Other issues, some players are facing a message that says you have to buy the game in order to play it except those players have obviously already purchased the game and the issue has arisen as a result of this patch note. A solution has been given for this issue for Xbox Series S | X consoles:

Black Ops Cold War Crash Fix

  • Run the check of the data to install, a pack may no longer be downloaded correctly which blocks access to the game

If any news is given by Treyarch or Activision, we will keep this article updated.
