Developed by new studio Experiment 101 and published by THQ Nordic, Biomutant is an action-RPG, but based on cats who fight with Kung fu, slay with swords and kill with guns. The game has been in development state from years, and now it is in a well ambitious state. Here’s everything we know about Biomutant release date, gameplay and news so far.
Biomutant Release Date
Biomutant was planned to release somewhere in 2019, but the year is almost over, and we even don’t know the year of release window. Developers and publishers are currently silent over the release date. Hopefully, we will get some hint about the same in 2020.
Biomutant Gameplay
Here is a chunk of gameplay shown during Gamescom 2018. The gameplay highlights the character customisation, new tribes, new monsters and mechs embedded win post-apocalyptic environment.
Biomutant Plot
Biomutant is set in a post-apocalyptic world destroyed by a flood of poisonous oil that rose from beneath the surface. Sunken in toxic oil, Tree of Life has infected and slowly bleeding to its death, and your job is to save it.
According to Experiment 101, the game follows a branching storyline where the choice made by your cat will change the future storyline.
