Arena Breakout Infinite PS4, PS5, Xbox Series XS, Xbox Box One & Nintendo Switch Release Date (2)

Arena Breakout Infinite is currently making headlines as it enters its closed beta phase. If you have seen the game’s trailer, you will know what the hype is all about. With its ultra-realistic, immersive military simulation gameplay, this tactical extraction shooter is promising to be the next big hit in the genre. With such big promise, it has naturally caught the interest of gamers worldwide. While the closed beta is exclusively available on PC, console players are getting restless. So, in this article, we will answer the question that you too might be wondering: is there a release date for the game on platforms like PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch? Well, continue reading to find out.

Extraction shooters are coming up as the next big genre, following the massive success of battle royales. Currently, the market has a limited number of extraction shooters. “Escape from Tarkov” (EFT), for example, is one title that has a dedicated following but remains in its development phase, and is currently in a rough spot. In this context, Arena Breakout Infinite has the potential to dominate the genre if it can deliver on its promises. Coupled with availability across various platforms, it could become the top contender in the extraction shooter category. So, will Arena Breakout Infinite be available on consoles? Keep reading to find out all the details.

Arena Breakout Infinite PS4, PS5, Xbox Series XS, Xbox Box One & Nintendo Switch Release Date

Unfortunately, as of writing this article, there is no official release date for Arena Breakout Infinite on any platform, including PC, where the game is initially intended to launch. So, in a nutshell, it is still too early to be asking for a release date on any platform. Moreover, the developers have not indicated any plans to release the game on consoles, as of now. For the time being, their primary focus appears to be on the closed beta test and perfecting the game before its full release on PC. So for the time being, you can forget about a release date of the game for PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo consoles, as there is no mention of intentions to expand beyond the PC platform at this stage.

Will it be available?

As the game is still in its early stages, it’s likely that as time passes, we’ll hear more about the developer’s intentions regarding porting Arena Breakout Infinite to other platforms. While the chances of this happening before the end of the closed beta are negligible to none, there’s still a possibility post-release that positive reviews and player demands may incentivize the developers to consider porting the game to PlayStation and Xbox consoles. But making it available on the Nintendo Switch won’t be feasible, considering its system requirements and genre. However, for any such developments to occur, we’ll have to wait for the closed beta to conclude and for the developers to announce a release date for the game on PC. Only then will we have a clearer picture of the game’s future on various platforms.

That said, we hope your doubts on this matter have been cleared. If you find this article informative, make sure to check with DigiStatement first for all your gaming-related queries. Read more: Hades 2 MacOS version Release Date: When it will be available?
